This is a fantastically large sandwich featuring three slices of granary, the first layer is built on cos lettuce with slices of freshly roasted turkey, lemon mayo and slices of vine tomatoes. On the next layer clearly defined by a new slice of granary is an egg mayo accompanied with two slices of yorkshire dry cure bacon. Be careful this is extremely filling
